Vision Beyond Sight

Concept

Vision Beyond Sight by Pastor Earl Glisson captures the life of Sampson in a way not done before. With that in mind I knew I wanted to use Sampson’s image for the cover and after some googling I stumbled open a sculpture by Benjamin Victor, who kindly allowed us to use the image. We knew we wanted the book to be bright and pop off the shelf which so we chose a vibrant red for the cover. I also blinded his eyes as a nod to who was on the cover.

I was really able to have a lot of fun with the layout of this one as we went with a graphical design, using the desert land scape and terrain as a base.
